Recalibrating your relationship to life through sensational awareness in real-time.

Somatic Alchemy

You’re not broken.

You’re just disconnected from the choices that make you feel alive.

Stress, disconnection, emotional overwhelm

They all show up in the body first.

The body doesn’t lie.

It holds what hasn’t been acknowledged.

It knows what’s ready to shift.

And it only screams when you haven’t been listening.

Your chronic pain, tingling, and numbness are not random.

They’re signals that something stuck is trying to move.

When you’re caught in stress, it can feel like your life is no longer your own— like something else is steering, and you’re just trying to keep up.

In those moments, your range of choices shrinks.

You go into survival mode.

You forget you have options.

And the stress, the disconnection, the emotional overwhelm feels like it will never end…

Somatic Alchemy is an invitation to slow down and listen to your body’s subtle signals— before your mind tries to explain them away.

Because when you’re attuned to sensation, you’re not just grounded, you’re more free.

You begin to make choices from within your own system— with more clarity, capacity, and trust in your own knowing.

And overwhelming moments become moments again, not forever.

In Somatic Alchemy Sessions, we witness what your body is holding— exploring the somatic, emotional, and energetic layers of your being through hands-on touch (when in person), presence, and deep attunement.

This work is about developing a relationship with your body that is rooted in trust (not control) and presence (not performance).

It’s about allowing you to experience life from within your own system, instead of reacting to someone else’s expectations.

It’s about restoring your ability to feel clearly— so you can choose clearly.

Because with choice— and deep trust in your ability to choose— comes sovereignty.

FAQs

  • This work is for you if...

    • You don’t need someone to fix you—you just want support reconnecting to your own rhythm.

    • You long to feel alive, rooted, and responsive again—not reactive, shut down, or stuck in old loops.

    • You want to feel clearer in your choices, but can’t always tell what’s true for you beneath the noise.

    • You feel like you’ve been living outside of yourself—disconnected, foggy, or performing your life instead of inhabiting it.

    • You’re highly attuned, but your nervous system feels tangled, overwhelmed, or hard to trust.

    • You’ve tried to think your way through things, but nothing feels like its changed (even if your environment may be different).

    • You might not know exactly what needs to shift, but you know something needs to change.

  • Regular in-person sessions (60 min.) begin with a brief check-in to determine the session focus before getting on the table. Once there, through vocal and hands on touch, a client’s attention is guided into exploring the body’s sensations as well as any emotions, memories, beliefs, or experiences that may arise and shift as energy moves through the body. A session then ends with a moment of integrative rest before concluding with a moment of connection and reflection.

  • While the objective of massage is relaxation, Somatic Alchemy is structured around teaching a client presence through sensational body awareness.

In Somatic Alchemy, the practitioner-client relationship is viewed as a dance. The client is asked to be an active participant during a session, paying attention to the sensation of their body as it is being physically and verbally touched. Talking is often utilized to help explore how sensations. memories, and thoughts change and move in the body throughout the session.

In this way, a client is actively strengthening their mental capacity to stay present in their body and feel it shift in real time on its own, allowing the work to continue off the table.

  • First sessions run ~75-90 min in length and cost $250.

Subsequent session costs begin at $200 and vary based on length, frequency, and regularity.

  • Typical sessions are 60-min.

First sessions tend to be a little longer (75- 90-min).

  • While a difference will be felt within one session, you are essentially learning a new language (sensation). We are training your “muscle” of body awareness and your ability to resource through your body in real time.

Like training at the gym, especially at the beginning, consistency is important for sustainability.

I ask new clients to come weekly or every other week as we begin.

  • Please wear comfortable clothes. Depending on your comfort level and the area of the body we are working with, I may ask you to remove certain articles of clothing (such as shirts, pants, bras, and socks) for me to better access an area.

Please don’t eat at least 90-min prior to a session; leave time for food to digest.

  • What you will receive from this work is in equal exchange with your curiosity and willingness to show up and explore what is alive in you.

We live in a world addicted to assured outcomes as a pre-requisite for our willingness to fully commit and engage. I cannot offer you that, but I can share my own.

    • increased my sense of awe, play, and curiosity in life
