So, in the moments your mental experience seems ungraspable, turning your attention to what you can touch provides a place to begin unwinding the knots more efficiently.

Uncluttered Essence is a offering to support those wishing to begin untangling their mental and creative stagnancy from the outside in.

Being in environments that support your evolution is a well-known hack in the wellness industry, but Crafting your personal environment to support your evolution is often overlooked. (And while the former is dependent on others, the latter is not.)

Together, through cleaning and organizing your physical space, we will ceremoniously reorganize your environment- letting go of objects tethering you to out-dated versions of yourself, and consciously craft your surroundings to create a space that reflects who you are and has the capacity to support you as you morph into who you are becoming.

Everything holds an energetic charge.

When we exist in an environment of clutter and emotionally-charged reminders of our past, it clutters out mind, weighs us down, and can unknowingly consume our energy.

It makes it harder for us to move toward who we want to be.

It’s important to exist in supportive spaces.

But it’s time you exist in an enlivened space.

  • There is a difference in tidying-up and decluttering.

    While everyone knows they’d feel better in an uncluttered space, many tidy-up but put off the true decluttering process indefinitely.

    Because decluttering is an emotional experience.

    Decluttering requires walking down memory lane and wading through mental and emotional history. When you actually go through your drawers, closets, and cabinets you encounter objects that bring to life old versions of yourself and pieces of your past you may have forgotten (sometimes intentionally).

    What I’ve found is while we can do this alone, when we do it becomes easier to get lost in memory and the project is often “put back” to be finished another day (and continue to take up our energy till we do).

    The truth? Most people don’t declutter because they don’t want to go through the process of unpacking and facing their history.

    With Uncluttered Essence, I act as a tether back to the present a we explore your past- witnessing the pieces of you asking to be held, seen, transmuted.

    While at its core Uncluttered Essence is an energetically restorative process, I often find clients experiencing emotional release as we move through their things. For this reason, this offering combines decluttering with body-awareness techniques, talk, and energy work to create a holistically therapeutic process unlike any other “cleaning” service.

  • This depends fully on the size of your space and specific needs, but a change is easily felt within one session.

    First sessions move more slowly than others, as we are getting to know the space. This said, I work efficiently.

    And while the basic intention of the session stays the same (decluttering), sessions can differ widely depending on what we encounter as we go.

  • Initial Sessions are $555 (includes up to 8 hours of in-house service and a 30-min pre-session call).

    Follow up sessions are done on an hourly rate ($65/ hr)
